Through my work in the 3rd sector, I understood the relevance of creating new forms of sustainable growth and customer-centric services, never forgetting what the data and the market tell us. I carried these learnings into consultancy roles I also had, aiding in the internationalization of Portuguese companies. After executive graduate courses in management and marketing and working in small and medium teams, I realized the relevance of obtaining hands-on knowledge for my professional development, to be a better contributor in more complex corporate environments. With that in mind, I chose to do my International MBA, which allowed me the first foray into the international corporate world and realize it was the field of work I wanted to be in. I am therefore looking for an opportunity that will allow me to put into practice all the knowledge acquired through the MBA and expand my specific expertise and professional experience. In summary, I bring a balance of actionable skills to the role, willingness to invest in on‑the‑job learning opportunities, and robust personal competencies to successfully engage in social learning in the cross-functional organization. Where the ability to work with each other often comes up against cultural barriers, I bring practical knowledge to overcome hurdles toward collective success.
